SEC. 11. Not later than forty-five days after the last day of each calendar quarter, the Secretary shall transmit a report to the Congress regarding the activities carried out under this Act during such calendar quarter. No such report shall be required with respect to any calendar quarter beginning after December 31, 1985. Approved July 22, 1982.
