Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the following sum is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1982; namely: DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION REIMBURSEMENT FOR NET REAUZED LOSSES

To reimburse the Commodity Credit Corporation for net realized losses sustained heretofore, but not previously reimbursed, pursuant to the Act of August 17, 1961 (15 U.S.C. 713a-ll, 713a-12), $5,000,000,000. SEC. 2. (a) The following sum is appropriated, out of any money in the Treasunr not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1982, namely: DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION L W INCOME ENERGY ASSISTANCE O

For an additional amount for "Low Income Energy Assistance", $123,000,000. (b) None of the funds appropriated under this joint resolution shall be used, obligated, or expended for the purposes of section 2604(f), 2605(k), 2607(b)(l), or 2607(b)(2) of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1981.
