Public Law 97-150 97th Congress Joint Resolution Mar. 1, 1982 [S.J. Res. 122] National Construction Industry Week.
To authorize and request the President to designate the week of February 28, 1982, through March 6, 1982, as "National Construction Industry Week.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That the President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation designating the week of February 28, 1982, through March 6, 1982, as "National Construction Industry Week", and calling upon all Government agencies and people of the United States to observe the week with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities. Approved March 1, 1982.
