PUBLIC LAW 97-252—SEPT. 8, 1982 (2) include the designation "Soviet Occupied" in parenthesis under each of those names; and (3) include in close proximity to the area of the Baltic countries the following statement: "The United States Government does not recognize the incorporation of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania into the Soviet Union". Approved September 8, 1982.
