Private Law 97-52 97th Congress An Act For the relief of Cynthia Gambon Rabena.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and NationaUty Act, Cynthia Gambon Rabena may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(l)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Wilfredo Reg Rabena and his wife, Lourdes Gambon Rabena, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Private Law 97-58 97th Congress An Act For the relief of Kin Chi Eng Sims.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, for the purposes of section 203(a)(l) and 204 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Kin Chi Eng Sims shall be held and considered to be the natural-born alien son of Gterald and Patricia Sims, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
