No Net Cost Tobacco Program Act of 1982. AN ACT To provide for the operation of the tobacco price support and production adjustment program in such a manner as to result in no net cost to taxpayers, to limit increases in the support price for tobacco, and for other purposes July 20, 1982 Small Business Innovation Development Act of 1982. AN ACT To amend the Small Business Act to strengthen the role of the small, innovative firms in federally funded research and development, and to utilize Federal research and development as a base for technological innovation to meet agency needs and to contribute to the growth and strength of the Nation's economy July 22, 1982 Olympic Commemorative Coin Act. AN ACT To provide for the minting of commemorative coins to support the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games July 22, 1982 Federal Employees Flexible and Compressed Work Schedules Act of 1982. AN ACT To amend title 5, United States Code, to provide permanent authorization for Federal agencies to use flexible and compressed employee work schedules July 23, 1982 Bankruptcy, amendment. AN ACT To amend title 11, United States Code, to correct technical errors, and to clarify and make substantive changes, with respect to securities and commodities July 27, 1982 Management Week in America. JOINT RESOLUTION To designate the week beginning June 5, 1983, and ending June 11, 1983, as "Management Week in America" July 27, 1982 Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, construction. JOINT RESOLUTION To authorize and direct the Secretary of the Interior, subject to the supervision and approval of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial Commission, to proceed with the construction of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial, and for other purposes July 28, 1982 National Navaho Code Talkers Day. JOINT RESOLUTION To authorize and request the President to designate August 14, 1982, as "National Navaho Code Talkers Day" July 28, 1982 Military Personnel and Civilian Employees' Claims Act of 1964, amendments.
