Public Law 97-412 97th Congress An Act To amend section 1304(e) of title 5, United States Code.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That (a) section 1304(e)(1) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting "(i)" after "(1)", and by adding a new paragraph as follows: "(ii) Participation fees, which the President's Commission on Executive Exchange may impose for private sector participation in its Executive Exchange Program shall be collected and credited to the fund, and shall be available for the costs of education and related travel of exchanged executives; for printing without regard to section 501 of title 44, United States Code; and, in such amounts as may be specified in appropriations Acts, for entertainment expenses.". (b) The authority granted in subsection (a) shall terminate on December 31, 1983. Approved January 3, 1983.
