PUBLIC LAW 97-435-JAN. 8, 1983 (A) uses such real property for purposes other than educational or recreational purposes, (B) attempts to transfer title to such real property, or (C) prohibits or restricts, directly or indirectly, or permits its agents, employees, contractors, or subcontractors (including lessees, sublessees, or permittees) to prohibit or restrict, directly or indirectly, the use of such real property or any facility thereon by any individual because of such individual's race, creed, color, sex, or national origin, and (5) the University will include the terms of such agreement in any document transferring to the University property acquired by the University pursuant to such agreement. Approved January 8, 1983.
