REHABIUTATION LOAN FUND During 1984, collections, unexpended balances of prior appropri- ations (including any recoveries of prior reservations) and any other amounts in the revolving fund established pursuant to section 312 of the Housing Act of 1964, as amended (42 U.S.C. 1452b), after Septem- ber 30, 1983, are available for commitments for loans and operating costs and the capitalization of delinquent interest on delinquent or defaulted loans. URBAN HOMESTEADING For reimbursement to the Federal Housing Administration Fund for losses incurred under the urban homesteading program (12 U.S.C. 1706e), and for reimbursement to the Administrator of Veter- ans Affairs and the Secretary of Agriculture for properties conveyed by the Administrator of Veterans Affairs and the Secretary of Agriculture, respectively, for use in connection with an urban home- steading program approved by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to section 810 of the Housing and Commu- nity Development Act of 1974, as amended, $12,000,000, to remain 12 USC I706e. available until expended. NEW COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION NEW COMMUNITIES FUND (TRANSFER OF FUNDS) The Secretary shall transfer all assets and liabilities of the fund 12 USC established pursuant to section 717 of the Housing and Urban i'70ig-5a. Development Act of 1970, as amended (42 U.S.C. 4518), to the Revolving fund (liquidating programs) established pursuant to title II of the Independent Offices Appropriation Act, 1955, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701g-5).
