App. 2251 et seq.), the Disaster Relief Act of 1974, as amended (42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq.), the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, as amended, the Earthquake Hazards Reduction Act of 1977 42 USC 400i (42 U.S.C. 7701 et seq.), and the Flood Disaster Protection Act of "°*^ 1973 (42 U.S.C. 4001 et seq.), $169,176,000: Provided, That of this amount $4,778,000 for expenses under section 1362 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, as amended (42 U.S.C. 4103, 4127), shall be available until September 30, 1985.
