ATOMIC ENERGY DEFENSE ACTIVITIES PLANT AND CAPITAL EQUIPMENT For an additional amount for "Plant and Capital Equipment, Atomic Energy Defense Activities", for Project 83-D -200, $18,300,000, to remain available until expended. WESTERN AREA POWER ADMINISTRATION CONSTRUCTION, REHABILITATION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE To accelerate the completion of projects which will provide addi- tional power benefits, an additional $30,000,000, to remain available until expended, is hereby appropriated for "Construction, Rehabili- tation, Operation and Maintenance, Western Area Power Adminis- tration". FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION SALARIES AND EXPENSES For an additional amount of $3,488,000, for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission: Provided, That $500,000 shall be available only for continuation of the Trans-Alaskan Pipeline System (TAPS) case. GENERAL PROVISION Appropriations made by this Act and those appropriations made 96 Stat. 1830. available by Public Law 97-377 for activities provided for in Public 95 Stat. 1135.
