[H.R. 2637] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 502 of District of the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reor- ool'S'nment and ganization Act (D.C. Code, sec. 47-3406) is amended by striking out Governmental "and for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1983, and for each Reorganization fiscal year ending after September 30, 1983, the sum of ^^^'. $361,000,000" in the first sentence and inserting in lieu thereof "for ^'"^'^^^^nt. the fiscal year ending September 30, 1983, the sum of $361,000,000; and for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1984, and for each fiscal year ending after September 30, 1984, the sum of $386,000,000".
