Public Law 98- 98th Congress 108 An Act To extend the authorities under the Export Administration Act of 1979 until October 14, 1983. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 20 of the Export Administration Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C. App. 2419) is amended by striking out "September 30" and inserting in lieu thereof "October 14". SEC. 2. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Commerce for the fiscal year 1984 such sums as may be necessary to carry out the Export Administration Act of 1979.
