Apr. 13, 1984 [H.R. 4202]

To designate the air traffic control tower at Midway Airport, Chicago, as the "John G. Fary Tower".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the air traffic control tower at Midway Airport, Chicago, Illinois, is designated and shall hereafter be known as the "John G. Fary Tower". Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, or other paper of the United States to such control tower shall be held and considered to refer to the "John G. Fary Tower". Approved April 13, 1984.
