(b) Land for which a permit is issued (or which is otherwise made available) under subsection (a) may be used by the party to which the permit is issued (or to which the land is made available) only for a fish hatchery and related purposes. The Secretary of the Army may not incur any cost in connection with such use. (c) The Secretary of the Army may require such additional terms and conditions with respect to this section as the Secretary considers appropriate. Approved August 28, 1984.
