(4) The points in Alaska referred to in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3) are Cordova, Yakutak, Gustavus, Petersburg, and Wrangell. (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no part of the order of the Civil Aeronautics Board in CAB docket number 38961 (CAB Order 84-6-77) shall enter into effect until after December 31, 1984.
