Public Law 98-532 98th Congress An Act To prevent disruption of the structure and functioning of the Government by ratifying all reorganization plans as a matter of law.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Government SECTION 1. Act pursuant to a reorganization plan that is ratified and affirmed by section 1 shall be considered to have been taken pursuant to a reorganization expressly approved by Act of Congress.
