Public Law 98-560 98th Congress An Act To name the Federal Building in Elkins, West Virginia, the "Jennings Randolph Federal Center".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the United Public buildings States Post Office and Federal Building located at the corner of and grounds. Randolph Avenue and Third Street, Elkins, West Virginia, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "Jennings Randolph Federal Center". Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to such building shall be held to be a reference to the "Jennings Randolph Federal Center". SEC. 2. The effective date of this Act shall be January 5, 1985. Effective date. Approved October 30, 1984.
