include the requirements established in paragraph 202(c)(4) and section 203 of this title." (14) by adding at the end thereof the following new section:

    • § 212. Disposition of rights in educational awards

"No scholarship, fellowship, training grant, or other funding agreement made by a Federal agency primarily to an awardee for educational purposes will contain any provision giving the Federal agency any rights to inventions made by the awardee."; and (15) by adding at the end of the table of sections for the chapter the following new item: "212. Disposition of rights in educational awards.".
