Transfer of funds: Of the unobligated funds remaining from funds appropriated for the "Economic support fund" for Lebanon in Public Law 98-63, $22,850,000 shall be transferred as follows: (1) 97 Stat. 301. $12,500,000 to the "Child Survival Fund", (2) $5,350,000 to "International Organizations and Programs" for the United Nations Children's Fund, and (3) $5,000,000 to "International Narcotics Control": Provided, That except for such transfers, amounts remaining unobligated as of September 30, 1985, from funds appropriated for the -• -^ "Economic Support Fund" for Lebanon in Public Law 98-63 shall, notwithstanding sections 451, 4920b), or 614 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, or any other provision of law, be made available 22 USC 2261, only for Lebanon: Provided further. That, to the extent that these 2292a, 2364. funds cannot be used to provide assistance for Lebanon, they shall revert to the Treasury as miscellaneous receipts. RESCISSION

Deobligation and rescission of funds: $11,200,000 of the funds remaining in the "Syria Termination Account" created by Public Law 98-151 are deobligated and are rescinded: Provided, That the authority contained in sections 451, 492(b), and 614 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, or any other provision of law, shall not be exercised to permit the use of funds remaining in the "Syria Termination Account" created by Public Law 98-151 for any other purposes than those for which the account was created.
