Public Law 99-214 99th Congress An Act To designate the Federal Building and United States Post Office located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as the "Robert N. C. Nix, Sr., Federal Building and United States Post Office".

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DESIGNATION OF BUILDING.

The Federal Building and United States Post Office located at 9th and Market Streets in Philadelphia, in the State of Pennsylvania, shall hereafter be known and designated as the "Robert N. C. Nix, Sr., Federal Building and United States Post Office". SEC. 2. LEGAL REFERENCES TO BUILDING.

Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to the building referred to in section 1 is deemed to be a reference to the "Robert N. C. Nix, Sr., Federal Building and United States Post Office". Approved December 26, 1985.
