Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF INCREASE IN TAX ON CIGARETTES.

Subsection (c) of section 283 of the Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act of 1982 (relating to increase in tax on cigarettes) is amended by striking out "December 15, 1985" and inserting in lieu thereof "December 19, 1985". SEC. 2. EXTENSION OF TRADE ADJUSTMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
Section 285 of the Trade Act of 1974 (19 U.S.C. note preceding section 2271) is amended by striking out "December 14, 1985" and inserting in lieu thereof "December 18, 1985". SEC. 3. EXTENSION OF BORROWING AUTHORITY UNDER THE RAILROAD UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT.

Section 10(d) of the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act is amended by striking out "December 14, 1985" each place it appears and inserting in lieu thereof "December 18, 1985". SEC. 4. EXTENSION OF MEDICARE HOSPITAL AND PHYSICIAN PAYMENT PROVISIONS.
