Joint Resolution Waiving the printing on parchment of enrolled bills and joint resolutions during the remainder of the first session of the Ninety-ninth Congress.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the requirement of sections 106 and 107 of title I, United States Code, that the enrollment of any bill or joint resolution originating in the House be printed on parchment be waived at the discretion of the Speaker, after consultation with the Minority Leader of the House, for the duration of the first session of the Ninety-ninth Congress, and that any enrollment be in such form as may be certified by the Committee on House Administration to be truly enrolled. Approved December 18, 1985.
