This page is problematical for two reasons. First, in edit mode the image is black. I worked around this by saving a copy of the image while in page view mode.
The second problem is worse: the original scanner soemhow lost the rightmost edge of the page, losing one or (rarely) two characters at the end of each line in the second column. I interpolated these characters. There are minor uncertainties of punctuation, and a single major problem with a date. -Arch dude (talk) 23:54, 23 September 2010 (UTC)
