Mr. Justice REED, concurring. I am of the opinion that the Georgia judgment is not final. Compare Clark v. Williard, 292 U.S. 112, 54 S.Ct. 615, 78 L.Ed. 1160. As this view does not prevail, I join in the rest of the opinion and the judgment of the Court.
