Scope of this portal[edit]
As a non-US non-lawyer I don't understand how this article differs from those in section KFA. Should there be a note at the top of the article pointing it out, as it comes first in the "Law" portal and it's easy to think this is all there is. Chris55 (talk) 12:08, 8 August 2012 (UTC)
