Proclamation
on Appointment of the President of the Supreme Court of Justice[1]
Bhumibol Adulyadej, Rex.
His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej is graciously pleased to proclaim that:
Whereas the Judicial Commission of the Courts of Justice has resolved to appoint as the President of the Supreme Court of Justice Phairot Wayuphap, a judicial officer holding the office of the Vice President of the Supreme Court of Justice;
Be it commanded by the King's most Excellent Majesty, in virtue of section 19 of the Organisation of the Judicial Officers of the Courts of Justice Act, BE 2543 (2000), that Phairot Wayuphap is hereby appointed the President of the Supreme Court of Justice;
And that this Proclamation shall come into force as from the 27th Day of November, Buddhist Era 2554 (2011).
Done this 3rd Day of December, Buddhist Era 2554; Being the 66th Year of the Present Reign.
