Report # vs. Union Calendar #[edit]

Looking at the actual physical document before me, I see that this is Report 104-749, which seems more relevant information than the Union Calendar info. I want to put this information as a header on each page to make it clearer to those who may link to and internal page from some off site page just what this is. And maybe link back to first page with that as well since probably newbies to the page will not understand where the back link is in the green box. Objections, speak soon.
