This was created with OCR and a lot of spell-checking. There are probably still errors, but wording problems (such as using "a" instead of "an") were probably caused by the Dept of Treasury and not the OCR, leave them alone. I would agree with that assessment. This doesn't appear to be a well written piece. For example, though "penny" is a nickname, the official name for that coin is cent. --Fcsuper
