The scan of page 446 of the DNB volume 2 cuts off one or two characters on the right edge, but is otherwise of good quality. all of the cut-off characters have been interpolated. This was easy except for the dates. Where a date has been interpolated, a "[?]" has been added. -Arch dude (talk) 19:04, 25 September 2010 (UTC)
