I found the exact same text online, marked with a modern copyright, but while searching Google Books didn't find a PD source for the original, it did find a 1944 source that looked right from the Google preview, and not only that the Google preview showed a chunk of page criticizing the translation, indicating it may well be much older than even 1944. (It certainly doesn't read like a 20th century translation.) It seems like it likely may be PD, but I only find circumstantial evidence for it.--Prosfilaes (talk) 00:17, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
