Discrepancy[edit]

It’s a much later article by Langdell. It’s not part of the series of several articles that he published under the collective title A Brief Survey of Equity Jurisdiction. We have quite a ways to go yet before we reach Harvard Law Review/Volume 13; I’ll be happy just to get Harvard Law Review/Volume 1 finished. Tarmstro99 (talk) 17:01, 29 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
