There's something wrong with the date of the fourth amendment in October 2004 since it is five months in the future. Eclecticology 18:11, 19 May 2004 (UTC)

Time Travel[edit]

The PRC must have invented Time Travel. It is now Oct 1, and the fourth amendment dated 10 Oct has already gone into force!

One country three systems[edit]

One country two systems is C + HK. One country three systems would be C + HK + T ?

Yes, but accepting this by Taiwanese is to surrender, which is going to be fatal. People preferring to surrender should look at commons:Bondage to see if they still dare. The Chinese Communists may dare to leave tied persons alone while they apply torture.--Jusjih 16:19, 28 April 2006 (UTC)

Flag[edit]

According to PRC Constitution, the flag is a red flag with five stars. No mention is made of the colour(s) of the stars. No mention is made of the size(s) of the sizes. Does this mean that there is some flexibility for the future?

No, the Law About The National Flag of the People's Republic of China has further legal standards.--Jusjih 16:22, 28 April 2006 (UTC)

Date of Adoption?[edit]

Shouldn't the date of adoption (Adopted on December 4, 1982) be changed to the date of the latest ammendment (March 1999)?

No unless for a combined text.--Jusjih 16:23, 28 April 2006 (UTC)
