I think the spoiler in the intro should be removed. I know it's a well-known classic, but some readers may still be approaching the novel fresh. Posting the answer to one of the main mysteries in the plot seems inconsiderate. —unsigned comment by 152.3.86.93 (talk) 15:19, 1 June 2008.
- I have no objection to the spoiler being removed from the notes.
- How to deal with plot spoilers has caused a bit of controversy on Wikipedia, but I think it is a different problem here on Wikisource, and warrants being discussed on the Community discussion board. John Vandenberg (chat) 07:17, 1 June 2008 (UTC)
