| Notes | typographical errors in the original have been left uncorrected. The most substantial of these (an error that actually changes the meaning) occurs on page 9 of the court's manuscript opinion, in the second paragraph up from subheading "C." There the Court cites to a nonexistent statute, “17 U.S.C. § 1115.” From the context (concerning the defendant's trademark rights), it is clear that the court actually meant 15 U.S.C. § 1115, and that is the provision I have linked to with the USC template. —Tarmstro99 20:56, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
