The Wikipedia entry for this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adeste_Fideles) identifies that the Latin lyrics are 18th century and the English are 19th century ... well within the US's pre-1923 rule. The author & translator died over 100 years ago, so EU Life+70 copyrights are also expired. These were the Latin Lyrics I found. Not knowing Latin myself, I'm hesitant to replace what is already on the page.
