Great! That takes care of the copyrights of the English translation. She died in 1968. What is the copyright status of the original Polish? The English translation is still a derivative of that and affected by the Polish copyright. Eclecticology 03:08, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)

On my talk page at en szopen wrote "The Polish version is IMHO public domain, since it ws publicised anyway to reach as many people as possible". Angela 04:35, 30 Nov 2003 (UTC)

Historical documents are never "intellectual property". Besides Z.K-S obviously never intended her appeal to be limited in circulation.
