Did I go too far?[edit]

Will someone review? I think I may have gone too far; I indented almost every paragraph. Have no access to the original source, and, to be honest, I wasn't paying much attention to the story when I made the edits.  :-) --128.125.112.3 23:15, 15 Jul 2004 (UTC)

I don't know if going too far is the appropriate term. If the whole rest of the text after the first paragraph is one big quote you would be correct. For a list of links see http://onlinebooks.library.upenn.edu/webbin/book/search?author=poe&amode=words More specifically it appears at http://www.gutenberg.net/etext00/poe4v10.txt It appears that most of the text is the narrator's own story and should not be indented. I've adjusted the first few paragraphs. The rest should all have the indents removed. BTW, the "br" instructions aren't necessary; two returns in a row will accomplish the same thing. Eclecticology 00:55, 16 Jul 2004 (UTC)
Thank you very, very much. --128.125.112.3 00:56, 16 Jul 2004 (UTC)

Sorry if I did not do so well with this. (Does volume count?) In any case, I understand I need to use double returns in lieu of {BR} anything else? [[PaulinSaudi 02:52, 16 Jul 2004 (UTC)]]

I never considered this as a problem requiring apology. There is no extension of Shariya law for this. These errors happen. The (br) issue didn't hurt anything; it only made your own work slightly more difficult. Eclecticology 06:09, 16 Jul 2004 (UTC)
Well keep an eye on my work nonetheless. [[PaulinSaudi 06:51, 16 Jul 2004 (UTC)]]
