To edit the names of Areas in the Anthem.[edit]

There is written the name as Panjaub, Sind. I think it should be Punjab, Sindh VikasMehta4 (talk) 16:24, 25 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Why? This is what Rabindranath Tagore wrote in 1919, and that is what we are providing with this copy. If he had spelled them differently, we would have followed him. Wikisource does not edit published works; we preserve what is published in the form and spellings that it was published.
However, if you can demonstrate that Rabindranath Tagore did not spell it as we have it currently, then we need to correct it. But the change would depend on finding a mismatch with the original publication, not personal tastes in spelling and editing. --EncycloPetey (talk) 16:53, 25 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
