I'm checking this against my Folio Society edition, in case of possible errors in the online source. This story is omitted from many printed editions of Just So Stories, and the Folio Society edition (1991) claims to be the first British edition to include it. It was first published in the US edition by Scribner in 1903. Cowardly Lion 01:44, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
