What is the point of quoting a speech where the source cannot be checked? How can anyone tell if this is a reliable version of a speech actually given by anyone? 86.7.154.51 15:34, 21 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It's a good point. We try to ensure that new texts are transcribed directly from digital facsimiles of one particular edition with recorded bibliographic data now, but earlier in the site's history we were more lax. Replacing these older mystery texts with known versions is something I'd very much like to see accomplished, but it's an incredibly time and labor intensive goal and we don't have the volunteer capacity to even consider it right now.
