Template:American Review link/doc

This template is intended to create a link from a page in Wikisource (eg. author or portal page) to an article in the The American Review: A Whig Journal of Politics, Literature, Art, and Science.

Usage

{{American Review link|title of article page|volume number|date}}

{{American Review link|title=|vol=|date=|author=}}

Parameters

• title: The title of the article.
• vol: The number of the volume in which the article can be found. Do not include leading zeroes. e.g. "2"
  • fullvolume: The full subpage name of the volume, including the word "volume" and any leading zeroes. e.g. "Volume 02"
• date: The month and year of the issue in which the article can be found. e.g. "December 1845"
• author: (optional) The name of the author of the article. Do not include the namespace.

Unnamed parameters

The template will function without named parameters, as long as they are entered in this order:

1. title
2. vol
3. date
