Purpose

This template enables linking from Wikisource articles (usually author pages) to articles in the the Wikisource project Appletons' Cyclopædia of American Biography.

Usage

{{Appletons' Link|name of the article}}

The year can also be customized, using the year parameter, and an author can be added with the optional author parameter.

Examples

displays as:

and
