Add this template to your user page to let others know your language competencies by simply adding {{Babel}} with as many as 10 parameters separated by a "|". each parameter will be a two letter code for the language you speak plus a numberical skill level from 1 to 3 or simply the two letter code if you speak that language natively.
for example:
{{Babel|en|fr-3|es-2|nl-2}}
...gives a table indicating the users is a native English speaker who also advanced in French, and knows Spanish and Dutch at an intermediate level.

Boxes with parameters can be added at the end with the format, "|special-boxes={{box page name|param1|param2}}{{second page name|param1|param2|param3}}".
