To be added to works that are suspected to be copyright violations. Addition of the template will blank the page from the point of insertion.
Add the template to the top of the work after the completion of {{header}}. Also to then start the discussion at Wikisource:Copyright discussions where the discussion name would usually be the name of the page as a wikilink.
