Usage[edit]

For DNB00 biography (first series) apply thus

  • {{DNB link|biography page name without (DNB)}}

To apply a link later volume after the first series add a second parameter

  • {{DNB link|biography page name without (DNB) |01}} or the year for whichever series applies.

eg. {{DNB link|Newton, Isaac}}

To add a link to a sub-article, utilise the parameter anchor = matching the anchor in the article, and the name for the article is the main article.
