Usage [edit]
This template is used on a work when the source document has a problem with its clarity or source. This could be an out-of-focus scan, missing pages, or because the origin of the file is of questionable trustworthiness.
If the work may have been intentionally forged or altered, {{authenticity}} may be more appropriate.
