This template displays a link to a PDF version of a work, like so:

The first, unnamed parameter is the (internal) link to the PDF version:

{{PDF version|Image:Motherhood and apple pie.jpg}}

An additional, optional parameter named "mode" changes the appearance of the box:

{{PDF version|Image:Motherhood and apple pie.jpg|mode=slim}}
