Usage

Purpose

This template is to be used to point to disambiguation pages of Works with similar names or Authors with similar names. It is used on Works or Author pages.

To point to other versions of the same work, use {{Other versions}}.

Template placement

For best effect, the template should be placed above the respective {{Header}} or {{Author}} template.

Usage

Main namespace

{{similar|Poems}}

Produces text with hyperlink to the Poems disambiguation page

For works with similar titles, see Poems.

Example: The Answer (Kipling)

Author namespace

{{similar|Author:John Brown}}

Produces text with hyperlink to the Author:Fred Bloggs disambiguation page

For authors with similar names, see Author:John Brown.

Example: Author:John Brown (reverend)
