Template:TextQuality/doc

This template allows the stage of preparedness of a page to be indicated. When pages are transcluded as a whole from the Page namespace, you should not add this template. These pages have a different quality control mechanism. However in works like EB1911, where partially proofread pages may have sections transcluded, this template may be necessary to correctly indicate the stage of preparedness of the transcluded segment.

Usage[edit]

{{TextQuality|XX%}}

where “XX%” is one of the following: 25%, 50%, 75% or 100%.

Effect[edit]

This template does not affect the text in a page; it adds a quality icon to the article tab:

XX% icon Text quality
25% Text being edited
50% Text complete
75% Proofread and corrected
100% Proofread by several users

The template also adds the article to a category appropriate to its stage of completion: Category:25%, Category:50%, Category:75% or Category:100%.
